The food at the restaurant was amazing for dinner. I really enjoyed the delicious dishes they had. As for the bathroom, it was quite spacious and had everything I needed - a nice shower, a handy hairdryer, and fresh towels 🚿.

Toilet seat broken, lights inadequate, cafeteria had no food, 5 km from centre but advertises 1 km, staff drinking on duty, noisy with football team staying. I left for a better closer hotel after 1 sleepless night.

it was fairly clean, staff was very very helpful. the hotel was in a convenient location, in the middle of the city.

The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and there is plenty of delicious food available, plus a cozy spot by the inner garden.

Although close to the industrial parts of the city it was also equally close to open countryside and splendid views. It's location gave ease of access by both public and priovate transport into the centre of Lugo.

We were very dissapointed after a long drive to discover that the restaurant was not open during the weekend, which meant that we then had to drive into Lugo for our evening meals, which was a journey that we could have done without. This information should have been mentioned in the hotel publicity and by Booked.net. Had we had that information, we would have chosen another hotel in the same area, but with the facilities that we required.

The receptionist spoke enough English, offering underground parking for our motorbike, and recommending their restaurant across the road which had great food and affordable wine. The facilities were basic but clean, with comfortable beds, elevator, and free WiFi. The dining room served delicious evening meals at reasonable prices. The hotel's location near the bus stop made it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was amazing with fresh orange juice and huge chocolate croissants. a superb value stay.

We enjoyed the jacuzzi!! Good base for visiting the area.

My room was great with a comfy big bed, central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a handy writing desk. It was located right next to the restaurant and also close to both the outskirts and the city center 🌆.

The room at Hotel Los Olmos was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected with family and friends. The staff were friendly and the 24-hour reception provided convenience.

Personally, I found the music in the room to be a bit distracting, but I understand that others might enjoy it as a nice touch to the ambiance.
